Clinical Psychotherapy

Many people go through difficult times or experience feelings of depression and/or anxiety at some point in their lives and find they gain some relief from talking to a Clinical Psychologist.  Therapy can help with a number of issues, including anger, depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, relationship and/or work difficulties, adapting to changes, feelings of unease, loneliness.  Dr Barbara Sullivan works integratively, drawing on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, systemic and psychodynamic theory.  This method aims to provide a “best fit” for each individual client in order to address his or her difficulties effectively and to facilitate progress through a therapeutic alliance.
